Job Overview
Advex Media is looking for a talented senior graphic designer & visualizer who can transform ideas into powerful visual concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to create impactful designs for branding, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms.
The candidate should be an expert in visualizing concepts from briefs and converting ideas into creative designs that communicate effectively.
Experience Required
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and creative visualization.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding projects, advertisements, and visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Transform client briefs and marketing objectives into creative visual solutions.
- Create high-quality designs for: Social media campaigns, Advertisements, Branding materials, Digital campaigns, Print media, Marketing collaterals
- Create unique concepts that stand out from conventional designs.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to execute campaigns.
- Understand brand requirements and maintain consistency across all designs.
- Provide creative inputs during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution.
- Guide junior designers and support the creative team when required.
Required Skills
- Expert-level visualization and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, colors, and layouts.
- Ability to create designs with strong storytelling and emotional impact.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to create original designs without depending on templates.
- Strong understanding of advertising and branding design.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to present creative ideas.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Experience creating brand identities and campaign concepts.
Salary
Package will be based on the candidate's skills, creativity, and experience.
