Job Description
inKstall Educare is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and conceptually strong Maths Teacher to join our Goregaon academic team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of teaching experience who are passionate about teaching Mathematics and helping students build confidence in the subject.
The teacher will primarily handle Mathematics, but should also be comfortable supporting students with basic concepts in Physics and Chemistry whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to school students across boards such as ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, and IB, as per requirement.
- Explain mathematical concepts in a clear, simple, and student-friendly manner.
- Cover important areas such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, probability, mensuration, coordinate geometry, calculus basics, word problems, and exam-style problem solving.
- Help students strengthen their fundamentals through regular practice, step-by-step explanations, worksheets, and revision.
- Train students to improve speed, accuracy, logical thinking, and problem-solving confidence.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and revision material.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual academic support where required.
- Check homework, classwork, assignments, and test papers regularly.
- Track student performance and share progress updates with the academic team.
- Help students prepare for school exams, board exams, unit tests, and competitive-style assessments.
- Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
- Support students with basic Physics and Chemistry numerical concepts when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with maximum 2 years of teaching experience may apply.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics is essential.
- Basic understanding of Physics and Chemistry will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and structured way.
- Must be patient, punctual, responsible, and student-focused.
- Should be comfortable teaching school students from different boards.
- Must be available to work from our Goregaon centre.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong command over mathematical fundamentals and numerical problem solving.
- Good board-writing and classroom presentation skills.
- Ability to make Maths interesting, logical, and less stressful for students.
