Job Responsibilities:
- Call and counsel students regarding our courses.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them to the right course.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested students until admission is completed.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Handle student queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the academic and support teams for a smooth admission process.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Graduation preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
