We are looking for an IT Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and maintain smooth IT operations within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues, system installation/configuration, IT asset management, and user support.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, and MS Office
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
Location: Kochi & TVM
Shift: Rotational shifts may apply based on business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
