Active Furniture & Interior is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales of furniture and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Introduce and promote the company's furniture products and interior design services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Generate appointments for sales representatives, designers, or showroom visits.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
