Role Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The role focuses on executing creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the design team in delivering visually engaging content aligned with marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, and campaign visuals for multiple brands.
- Execute design concepts provided by the Senior Designer or Marketing team.
- Maintain visual consistency across client brand guidelines.
- Prepare layouts for posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital ads.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from Senior Designer or clients.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
- Support the design team in meeting campaign deadlines and monthly content calendars.
- Assist in preparing creatives for marketing presentations and proposals when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to execute creative concepts with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 1–3 years of agency experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of agency experience preferred.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Ability to handle multiple brand creatives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously.
