Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial audits, reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records
- Monitor compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
- Prepare MIS reports and perform financial analysis
- Identify irregularities and recommend corrective actions
- Support ERP implementation and process automation initiatives
- Coordinate with finance, audit, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and Tally ERP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
