We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's e-commerce website and online marketplace accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and functionality.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Work closely with marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions across all online platforms.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketplace partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
- Experience managing platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other regional platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
- Certification in Google Analytics or digital marketing is an advantage.
