Manage the director’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
Schedule internal and external meetings
Remind the director about important deadlines and events
Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries
2. Communication Handling
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Draft and reply to emails, letters, and official documents
Act as a communication bridge between the director and staff/clients
Handle confidential information professionally
3. Meeting Coordination
Prepare meeting agendas and documents
Arrange meeting rooms or virtual meetings
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Ensure timely communication of decisions
4. Travel & Logistics Management
Book flights, hotels, transport, and visas if required
Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports
Coordinate logistics for business trips and events
5. Office & Administrative Support
Maintain files, records, and important documents
Organize office systems and paperwork
Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors
6. Coordination & Follow-ups
Follow up with departments on pending tasks
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and management teams
Ensure timely execution of director’s instructions
7. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive business information confidentially
Maintain professionalism in all communications
Represent the director appropriately when interacting with others
8. Event & Guest Management
Organize corporate events, conferences, or meetings
Welcome guests and arrange hospitality
Coordinate special events or executive visits
9.Flexible and available to travel for official and business purposes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
