Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, or services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Update customer details in the database.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
