Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
Manage and guide workers, contractors, and subcontractors
Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
Report progress, issues, and updates to project managers
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials
Resolve on-site problems and conflicts efficiently
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Btech, Civil engineering
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
