A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products or services, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Their main goal is to increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN SALES/MARKETING FIELD
