Role Overview
As a sales executive at PolicyBoss, you will focus on expanding our digital footprint by managing a portfolio of clients and driving our POSp (Point of Sales Person) Partner Program. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and empowering partners to sell insurance products while ensuring individual customers receive expert guidance through virtual channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Milestones: Drive growth by meeting monthly performance benchmarks and ensuring consistent engagement from your assigned partner network.
- Service Excellence: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a policy, from documentation and issuance to seamless renewals and claims assistance.
- Strategic Growth: Monitor partner activity and provide strategic support to help them reach their professional productivity goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, or Agency Development (BFSI experience is a plus).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
