Position: Finishing Site Supervisor/Engineer – PEB Projects

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Engineer for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Projects who has strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, finishing works, and tile works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all finishing activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute finishing works in PEB projects, including:
- Tile work
- Flooring
- Painting
- False ceiling
- Partition work
- Interior finishing activities
- Coordinate and monitor:
- Plumbing works
- Electrical installations
- Firefighting system works
- Drainage and utility works
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with civil and PEB erection teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower effectively.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material reports, and work updates.
- Check measurements and contractor billing related to finishing works.
- Ensure proper safety practices and compliance with site safety policies.
Required Skills & Knowledge

- Tile and interior finishing works
- Ability to read and understand:
- Civil drawings
- PEB GA and fabrication drawings
- Strong coordination and site management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PEB project execution and finishing works.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
