We are looking for an experienced Galvanizing Supervisor to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the hot-dip galvanizing process, managing manpower, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring that all galvanized components meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day galvanizing operations and manpower.
- Monitor pickling, rinsing, fluxing, and zinc bath processes.
- Ensure proper loading, dipping, and unloading of materials.
- Monitor zinc bath temperature and other process parameters.
- Inspect galvanized components for coating quality, thickness, and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain galvanizing process records and daily reports.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in the galvanizing area.
Requirements:
- Experience in hot-dip galvanizing, preferably in a manufacturing or steel industry.
- Good knowledge of galvanizing processes and quality requirements.
- Ability to supervise manpower and manage daily production activities.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and material handling.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
