Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive work culture throughout region.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data.
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by management.
- Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
Pay: ₹14,860.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
