About the Role
DVAM Properties is looking for a highly creative Paid Ads Creative Designer who can create scroll-stopping visuals and videos for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Create static images, carousels, reels, and video ads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and ad angles.
- Design landing page banners and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Research competitor ads and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives and social media marketing.
- Ability to create engaging real estate ad creatives.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.) are a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
