About the Role
We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and student-focused Admissions Counselors to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into campus visits and enrollments.
Admissions counselors play a key role in student recruitment, counseling, lead management, follow-ups, campus visits, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website forms, social media, and referrals.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Convert leads into campus visits and admissions through effective follow-up.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and provide personalized guidance.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate campus tours and counseling appointments.
- Follow up with prospective students until enrollment completion.
- Achieve monthly admission and walk-in targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions processing.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, career guidance programs, and student outreach activities.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions counseling, education counseling, telesales, student recruitment, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
