About CBS & Prep4University Programme
CBS (Career Bridge School) is a structured academic bridge program under YES Germany designed to prepare Indian students for higher education opportunities in Germany. The Prep4University (Studienkolleg) Programme equips students with subject knowledge, language proficiency, analytical skills, and cultural readiness required for higher education in Germany.
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced Faculty Members (Male/Female) on a freelance basis to teach students enrolled in the Prep4University (Studienkolleg) Programme at our New Delhi campus. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in a multicultural academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and digital instruction.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support where required.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
- Support students in developing analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in academic reviews, faculty meetings, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and platforms effectively for blended learning delivery.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree in the relevant subject/discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Prior experience in an academic institution, coaching institute, foundation program, or higher education environment preferred.
Required Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant teaching area.
- Excellent pedagogical, didactic, and methodological teaching skills.
- Fluent or near-fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in digital and online teaching environments.
- Ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning experience.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
