We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell Tally Accounting Software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, follow-ups, product presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for Tally Software sales.
- Maintain a database of prospects and customer information.
- Customer Interaction
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Tally products, features, and benefits.
- Schedule product demonstrations with customers.
- Sales Activities
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers..
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for software implementation and customer onboarding.
- Reporting
- Update CRM/Excel records regularly.
- Submit daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Track lead status and sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and business processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in software sales, telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales is an advantage.
