The Senior Architect leads design projects from concept to execution, manages junior architects and draftsmen, and ensures design quality, code compliance, and client satisfaction. Acts as the key technical and creative lead on projects.
Lead architectural concept design, schematic design, and design developmentCreate design presentations, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for clientsEnsure design intent, functionality, and aesthetics align with client brief and budgetDevelop innovative, sustainable, and context-responsive design solutions2. Technical & Execution Prepare and review detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical detailsCoordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultantsEnsure compliance with local building codes, NBC, fire norms, and statutory requirementsConduct material research and finalize specifications3. Project & Team Management Mentor and guide junior architects, interns, and draftsmenReview work quality and maintain design standards across the teamManage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with PM/site teamsAttend client meetings, present designs, and incorporate feedback4. Site & Client Coordination Conduct site visits for design supervision and issue resolutionLiaise with clients, contractors, and consultants during executionCheck quality of work on site to match design intentAssist in vendor selection and material approval
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
