Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Support employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and ensure employee records are complete.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and personnel files.
- Support offboarding activities, including exit documentation, clearance, and coordination with relevant teams.
2. HR Systems and Data Management
- Update employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Conduct regular data checks to identify missing, inaccurate, or duplicate information.
- Maintain HR trackers and prepare routine reports on employee movements, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure HR documentation is properly filed and easily accessible in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with data audits and periodic reconciliation of HR records.
3. Employee Support and Query Resolution
- Act as a first point of contact for routine employee HR queries.
- Provide timely and accurate information on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and employment documentation.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member.
Maintain a professional, responsive, and employee-focused service approach.

4. Compliance and Process Support
- Follow HR policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
- Support compliance with applicable employment regulations and company requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related documents.
- Assist in internal and external HR audits by providing required records and reports.
- Identify process gaps and suggest opportunities for improved efficiency and employee experience.
5. General HR Support
- Support HR projects, employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management updates as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including managers, Payroll, Finance, IT, Facilities, and recruitment teams.
- Perform other HR Operations responsibilities assigned by the manager.
