Job Title: Senior Desktop Support EngineerJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices while ensuring timely resolution of user issues and adherence to SLA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
- Install and support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
- Install, replace, and upgrade computer hardware components.
- Provide Active Directory user management (user creation, password reset, group policies).
- Support Outlook, email configuration, and remote desktop tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance and asset management.
- Handle service tickets and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
- Coordinate with vendors and senior technical teams for critical issues.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure quality support.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc (IT/CS) / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region if required.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
