Position: Electrical Technician
Location: Detroj, Gujarat
Department: O&M
Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend day-to-day electrical maintenance activities at the water/wastewater treatment plant
- Operate, inspect and maintain electrical panels, motors, pumps, MCCs and control systems
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action
- Check electrical connections, cables, switches, contactors, relays and protection devices
- Monitor motor performance, voltage, current and other electrical parameters
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists and logbooks
- Coordinate with operators and mechanical/maintenance teams for plant requirements
- Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO practices, PPE requirements and site safety standards
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in WTP/ETP/STP plants
Skills Required: Good knowledge of electrical maintenance, motors, pumps, MCC panels, control panels, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and electrical safety
Salary: 20-23k Gross
Job Location: Detroj, Gujarat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
