Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through strategic floor management.
- Provide VIP clients with personalized, elite-level customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators including footfall, conversion rate, and average ticket size.
- Resolve high-priority customer grievances and complaints professionally.
- Ascertain value for old gold, silver, and diamond trade-ins when necessary.
Inventory & Security Control
- Manage daily store inventory tracking gold, silver, diamond, and platinum items.
- Oversee strict security protocols to prevent theft or shrinkage of high-value assets.
- Conduct routine physical stock audits and coordinate product replenishment.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in luxury jewellery management.
- Deep understanding of precious metals, gemstone grading, hallmarking, and certification.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate competitive sales teams.
- Fluent communication skills tailored for premium clientele.
- Experience handling billing software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory tools.
- High integrity, excellent problem-solving ability, and sharp attention to detail.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
