We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Medical Relations / PR Officer to be the face of our pathology lab. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, hospital administrators, clinics, and the community. Your primary goal is to enhance our lab's reputation, build trust, and drive patient referrals through strategic networking and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physician Networking: Visit local doctors, clinics, and hospitals daily to brief them on our lab's testing capabilities, advanced machinery, and accuracy standards.
- B2B Referral Growth: Establish and manage reference tie-ups with external healthcare providers.
- Grievance Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for doctors or clinics regarding delayed reports, custom test requirements, or service feedback.
- Community Engagement: Organize and manage local health camps, diagnostic awareness drives, and corporate wellness programs.
- Brand Communication: Ensure doctors and patients are updated on new test launches, special health packages, and technological upgrades in the lab.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare PR, pharma sales, or diagnostic lab marketing. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, PR, or Marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable traveling locally to meet medical professionals.
- Traits: Empathetic, professional, and persistent.
