In this role, you will be the bridge between our business leadership and our creative talent (architects, designers, project managers, and technical staff). You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier design talent to fostering a collaborative, inspiring studio culture. The ideal candidate understands the unique balance between creative freedom and business discipline required in a professional design practice.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
