About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, coordinating with teams, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Take site measurements and verify work before execution.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain a clean work environment.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the management regularly.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing, and site execution.
- Ability to read interior drawings and understand project specifications.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
