Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that business operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
- Experience with compliance monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with compliance management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or industry-specific regulations is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
