We are looking for dynamic, camera-confident storytellers who can simplify ideas, engage audiences, and create impactful content for our edutainment platform. If you are passionate about educating, inspiring, and communicating through digital content, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Presenter / Content Creator / Program Producer, you will be responsible for presenting, shaping, and contributing to high-quality digital content for our edutainment platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Present engaging and informative content confidently on camera
- Explain ideas in a simple, relatable, and audience-friendly manner
- Research topics and convert them into structured video-friendly formats
- Contribute to scripts, episode ideas, show concepts, and content formats
- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media and in-app platforms
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and production teams for smooth execution
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new shows, campaigns, and creative formats
- Stay updated with audience interests, digital trends, and content consumption patterns
- Maintain clarity, energy, authenticity, and emotional connection while presenting
- Ensure content is factually accurate, responsible, and aligned with platform quality standards
- Handle shoots, retakes, recorded presentations, and production requirements professionally
- Bring fresh ideas to improve audience engagement, retention, and learning impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong camera presence and confidence in front of the camera
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and practical way
- Strong subject understanding in the chosen content area
- Natural storytelling ability
- Good voice modulation, articulation, and screen energy
- Strong command over Telugu and English
- Ability to connect with digital audiences
- Passion for content creation, learning, teaching, and digital media
- Willingness to work in a structured content production environment
Technical Skills Required
- Experience in presenting, teaching, training, anchoring, coaching, or content creation is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, subject expertise, and presentation ability are also welcome to apply
- Prior experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, courses, or digital platforms is an added advantage
- Experience in educational, motivational, business, career, or skill-development content preferred
- Understanding of social media trends and audience psychology
- Ability to write, improve, or contribute to scripts
- Experience in interviews, webinars, podcasts, workshops, or public speaking is a plus
- Creative thinking and strong ideation skills
- Comfortable working with a fast-paced creative and production team
