Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in delivering scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Service Portal (mandatory) and solid functional and technical knowledge across ITSM, Integrations, Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM. The role requires a good balance of development capability, platform understanding, and business process alignment. Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules will be a strong advantage. As a ServiceNow developer, we are looking for an adept employee who will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using web programming techniques to configure strong and creative solutions for the client, utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Some the tasks that you will be responsible for are, but are not limited to:
● Design, develop, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on scalability and performance.
● Successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
● Coordinating and solving complex technical data and transformation issues
● Obtaining and analyzing business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
● Answering “how to” technical and application configuration questions
● Developing, maintaining, and executing reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
● Creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation
● Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions
● Learning applications very quickly and resolving any problems involved in integrating new applications with our systems when new technologies emerge and impact ServiceNow ● Collaborating effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
● Understanding ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, and Problem Management modules
● Completing other duties as assigned. Preferred Proficiencies
● Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail on each project.
● Adaptable to change and able to work independently and/or as part of a team.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, spread, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Clear and concise communication with adequate written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
● Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision. Education Requirements

Work Locations - 100% Remote
Timings- 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST. (Monday to Friday)
