Job Summary:
Kinan Hotels is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and promote our hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, graphic design, and video editing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote hotel services, offers, and events
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, design, and edit high-quality visual content (posts, reels, banners, videos)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Capture and showcase hotel experiences, rooms, dining, and guest services through creative content
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
- Stay updated on hospitality and digital marketing trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Ability to edit videos and create engaging visual content
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and online advertising
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in hotel, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage
