Role Description
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining recruitment data as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for the organisation
- Manage bulk hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with operations and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Ensure joining, documentation, and offer follow-ups
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and other reports
- Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labor compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR reporting
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
