Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of Bio-CNG projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. They will serve as the primary bridge between the client, design team, and site contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Create and maintain Master Project Schedules (Gantt charts) mapping out engineering, procurement, civil work, and commissioning milestones.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Onboard, evaluate, and supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical sub-contractors.
- Budgetary Control: Monitor project cash flows, track expenditures against the estimated budget, and approve contractor billing.
- Statutory Liasoning: Coordinate with government bodies for project clearances under schemes like SATAT, State Pollution Control Boards (CTO/CTE), and explosive licenses.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks (e.g., delayed equipment delivery, weather disruptions) and implement mitigation strategies.
Key Technical Skills & Software
- Software: MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Core Skills: Contract management, budget forecasting, agile resource scheduling, and exceptional leadership.
