Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and Economics as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare annual, term-wise, and weekly lesson plans.
- Develop teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, examinations, and evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.
- Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
Assessment & Reporting
- Evaluate answer scripts and maintain accurate academic records.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate student performance to parents.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when required.
Parent & Student Engagement
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and academic review sessions.
- Address parent concerns regarding student performance and development.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic documentation.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Support examination duties and other academic initiatives assigned by the school.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) / Economics (M.A. Economics) or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, and related subjects.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE/State Board/ICSE curriculum preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
