Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, email marketing, and cold outreach.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of IT services and software development.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or similar lead-generation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
