Evos Buildcon, established in 2007 and operational since 2010, is a premier real estate developer based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, specializing in high-end residential apartments and duplex properties across Odisha, including Bhubaneswar and Puri. We are looking for a Billing Engineer who will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting accurate billing statements for construction work carried out at the site. The candidate will ensure that billing is aligned with contractual terms, project BOQs, approved plans, specifications, and project budgets, while providing accurate quantity measurements and BOQs for review.
The role will involve preparing detailed construction bills, verifying quantities of materials used and work completed at site, conducting quantity take-offs, preparing and maintaining BOQs, maintaining records of materials, labour and site resources, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with the site team, procurement department, vendors, contractors, and corporate billing team. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining billing records, preparing daily and monthly progress reports, maintaining billing registers, supporting labour and material reconciliation, documenting deviations or changes in work scope, preparing additional billing where required, and ensuring proper documentation for site inspections and audits. The position also requires daily entry and maintenance of billing data in the ERP system, generating billing reports, tracking project expenditures, and coordinating with corporate billing and finance teams to maintain accurate records.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Additional certification in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Construction Management will be an advantage.
Experience: 7–12 years of experience in Billing, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or Cost Management within the construction or real estate industry. Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Fresh Engineering Trainees (GET/DET) with relevant academic exposure may also apply.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of billing cycles, BOQ preparation and management, quantity surveying, project costing, budgeting, cost control, ERP systems and billing software. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, quantity verification, data management, vendor and contractor billing processes, reconciliation, reporting and MIS. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently at site while coordinating with the corporate office are essential.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
