Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer – Precast Structures to join our team in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in precast concrete structures, structural analysis, BIM modelling, and detailed engineering using ETABS and Revit.
Bhopal-based candidates are preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Sehore are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze precast concrete structures for industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS and relevant design codes.
Prepare General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, shop, and erection drawings.
Develop reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules (BBS), and connection details.
Create and manage BIM/Revit models from LOD 100 to LOD 500.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, production teams, and project managers.
Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural compatibility.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical coordination meetings.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

5–6 years of total experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Precast Structures (Mandatory)
Experience in industrial, infrastructure, and precast manufacturing projects preferred
