Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Manager to oversee environmental compliance, occupational safety, health programs, and sustainability initiatives at our e-waste recycling facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement safety procedures, promote a strong safety culture, and support environmentally responsible operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironment Management
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations related to e-waste management, hazardous waste handling, emissions, waste disposal, and pollution control requirements.
- Manage environmental permits, licenses, audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor waste management practices and implement environmental improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support compliance documentation.
Health & Safety Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace safety inspections.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe operating procedures.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness sessions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
- Train employees on emergency response procedures and hazardous material handling.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, permits, SOPs, audits, and reports.
- Prepare for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Emergency Preparedness
- Develop emergency response plans and coordinate mock drills.
- Ensure readiness for fire safety, chemical spills, medical emergencies, and environmental incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Additional certification in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health / EHS preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in EHS management within manufacturing, recycling, waste management, industrial operations, or related industries.
- Experience working with hazardous materials and industrial safety practices preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audits is desirable.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
