- Provide strategic market representation for consultants by engaging with vendors, implementation partners, and end clients to identify and secure suitable employment opportunities.
- Leverage leading job portals such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms to proactively source relevant openings.
- Conduct thorough skill-to-requirement alignment, ensuring consultants’ competencies precisely match client specifications, and submit meticulously formatted resumes to vendors.
- Liaise with consultants to obtain updated availability, visa status, skill enhancements, and ensure interview preparedness.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and systematically follow up on feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date daily tracking reports encompassing submissions, interview progress, and successful placements.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term professional relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and consultants to foster ongoing business collaboration.
- Ensure prompt, clear, and professional communication via email and telephone with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Guide candidates in identifying roles that accurately align with their technical expertise, experience, and career objectives.
- Lead compensation negotiations and facilitate offer discussions between vendors and consultants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure complete and compliant documentation is collected and verified prior to profile submission.
