Job Description:
IMAGICAHEALTH is hiring a Helpdesk Executive to manage client communication, support operations, and coordinate with internal teams. We are looking for candidates with good communication and coordination skills who can handle client support efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and Zoom meetings
- Provide basic technical/software support to clients
- Prepare and maintain reports in Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups
- Maintain records in CRM/tracking systems
- Support onboarding and day-to-day client assistance
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong knowledge of Excel & MS Office
- Good coordination and multitasking skills
- Experience in Customer Support, Helpdesk, BPO, or Office Coordination is a plus
- CRM or ChatGPT knowledge will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidates:
- Surat local candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners are a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
