About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive Rocket Pay merchant onboarding. The role involves acquiring new merchants, building strong relationships with business owners, and increasing Rocket Pay acceptance across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants for Rocket Pay.
- Visit retail outlets, shops, and businesses to promote Rocket Pay solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and onboarding processes to merchants.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation during onboarding.
- Provide post-onboarding support to merchants.
- Track daily activities and report progress to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in field sales, business development, fintech, payments, or merchant acquisition preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local market visits.
- Basic knowledge of digital payments is an advantage.
