Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Process Coordinator who can streamline daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and integrate AI tools into business processes. The candidate will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and continuous process improvement using modern technology.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):1. Process Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments
- Ensure tasks are completed within timelines
- Monitor workflow and identify process gaps
2. AI Integration & Automation
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Excel automation, CRM tools) for process optimization
- Automate repetitive tasks (reports, follow-ups, data entry)
- Suggest AI-based solutions for improving efficiency
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate MIS reports using Advanced Excel
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
- Track KPIs and process performance
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between departments
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closure
- Support management in decision-making with data
5. Documentation & SOP Management
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure processes are followed as per company standards
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Task completion rate within deadlines
- Process efficiency improvement (%)
- Reduction in manual work via AI automation
- Accuracy of reports & data management
- Internal coordination effectiveness
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
