We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and website management to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create and schedule engaging content, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Update website content through WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Content Marketing
- Develop content ideas for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
Lead Generation
- Execute lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages.
- Track leads and campaign conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with WordPress website management.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
