Compensation

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Consultant – Video Editor & Graphic Designer to support the branding, marketing, and digital content initiatives of our US-based client.
The role primarily focuses on video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and content creation, with additional graphic design responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent spoken English, natural content-creation ability, and prior experience working directly with US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing – Primary
- Create and edit corporate, marketing, promotional, training, and social media videos.
- Edit short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and other platforms.
- Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, typography, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Perform audio editing, color correction, and color grading.
- Convert creative briefs, scripts, and raw footage into polished, production-ready videos.
- Suggest creative improvements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of video content.
Graphic Design
- Design presentations, brochures, infographics, banners, flyers, case studies, and social media creatives.
- Create website graphics and basic UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
- Perform image editing, retouching, batch image processing, and optimization.
- Maintain brand consistency across creative assets.
Client Communication
- Communicate confidently and professionally with US-based clients through calls, meetings, and written communication.
- Clearly explain creative ideas and respond effectively to client feedback.
- Understand creative briefs and independently translate them into effective visual content.
- Present and discuss creative work confidently with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience working directly with US-based clients is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and content creation.
- Experience with technology, startups, AI products, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is desirable.
