We are looking for a motivated .NET Fresher with excellent communication skills to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, can communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, and have a strong interest in building modern web applications.
Strong communication is the most important requirement for this role.
Technical skills can be trained, but clear thinking, articulation, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with team members, seniors, and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in requirement discussions and understand business needs
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining .NET-based applications
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance
- Learn and follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation
- Collaborate with frontend developers and understand UI integration
- Actively ask questions, seek feedback, and improve continuously
