Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard OEMs in line with company procurement and compliance policies.
· Coordinate with OEMs to collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation (legal, financial, and compliance-related).
· Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with OEMs.
· Ensure OEM adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and delivery timelines.
· Act as the primary point of contact between OEMs and internal stakeholders.
· Maintain and regularly update the OEM database and onboarding records.
· Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations, legal) for approvals and onboarding completion.
· Monitor OEM performance and support issue resolution and escalations.
· Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
· Proven experience in OEM onboarding, vendor management, or procurement.
· Strong documentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and SLA management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/vendor management systems.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
· 2–3 years of relevant experience (flexible based on role level)
