Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra (In-Person)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a strong and lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Launch optimized online ad campaigns through Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts including keyword optimization, image optimization, backlinking, and ranking improvement.
- Create and publish engaging digital content including posts, reels, short videos, stories, and newsletters.
- Utilize Gen-Z focused content trends such as viral audio, meme marketing, relatable storytelling, POV formats, behind-the-scenes videos, interactive polls, quizzes, user-generated content ideas, influencer collaboration, and real-time trending content.
- Use AI-driven tools such as Canva trends, CapCut templates, ChatGPT scripting for improving content efficiency and creativity.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and landing pages regularly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to enhance user experience and maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
- Prepare promotional email campaigns and manage distribution through various channels.
- Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, WebTrends, etc.).
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and social media updates.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies, influencers, and marketing vendors.
Requirements:
- Ability to commute to Nashik, Maharashtra (Required)
- Education: Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: Digital Marketing – 2+ year (Preferred), Total Work – 2+ year (Preferred)
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Passion for social media and content creation.
