About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of aesthetic medical products, including dermal fillers, skin boosters, and related medical devices, to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and cosmetic clinics.
The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's aesthetic product portfolio to healthcare professionals and aesthetic clinics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinic owners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and educational meetings for healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, and promotional programs.
Attend industry conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans.
Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in:
Medical devices
Pharmaceuticals
Medical aesthetics
Professional skincare
Experience selling dermal fillers, skin boosters, or aesthetic products is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
