About Mystica
Mystica is a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on delivering highly engaging, entertaining, and audience-retaining content. We create videos that capture attention, build curiosity, and keep viewers hooked till the end. We are looking for a creative and research-driven Script Writer who understands YouTube storytelling and audience psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Write highly engaging and retention-focused scripts for YouTube videos.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, audience interests, and competitors.
- Create strong hooks, storytelling structures, and cliffhangers to maximize watch time.
- Develop scripts that are clear, entertaining, and easy for creators/anchors to present.
- Collaborate with editors, creators, and the content team for smooth execution.
- Brainstorm fresh video ideas and content strategies regularly.
- Ensure scripts align with the channel’s tone, audience, and brand identity.
- Revise and optimize scripts based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- Strong command of Hindi and/or English writing.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention, CTR, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to write engaging introductions and compelling endings.
- Good research and content analysis skills.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of YouTube trends and algorithm is a plus.
- Prior experience in script writing, content writing, or YouTube content creation preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
